Overview


TMP Account Directors leverage their in-depth knowledge of digital solutions to help clients meet their business objectives. They lead our clients through complex digital strategies, identify needs, and help drive growth opportunities. 

As an Account Director in our Waltham office, you will manage key client relationships and execute multi-faceted strategies in partnership with our global in-house network of service and delivery teams. 

The Account Director position is an exciting opportunity to join innovators in advertising technology in an inclusive, forward-thinking environment. 

What does a great Account Director do?

  • As a principal point of contact for assigned clients, you'll stay attuned with your clients' digital presence, build consultative relationships, anticipate needs, present, and deliver customized solutions. 
  • Maintaining a keen awareness of the changing digital landscape, you'll present solutions to client needs using our proprietary software.
  • Collaborate with our internal support and delivery teams to develop, project-manage, and optimize complex digital strategies. 
  • Partner with our Analytics and Digital Strategy teams to leverage insights and provide data-driven solutions for our clients. 
  • Mentor Account Executives and head knowledge share initiatives throughout TMP. 

Desired qualifications

  • At least three years of client leadership experience in an advertising technology or SaaS environment is ideal. 
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of various online marketing/advertising tools and strategies. 
  • Masterful presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical ability, working knowledge of Google Analytics, and a keen understanding of how to interpret data to optimize campaign performance. 
  • Endless curiosity about the continual evolution of technology as well as its impact on marketing and advertising.  
  • A willingness to help others both internally as well as externally.
