Senior Software Engineer sought by TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, LLC in New York, NY. 40 hrs/wk. Duties: This is a hands-on full-stack .NET/C# development position. Work with the latest technologies such as ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, Angular.js, Elasticsearch, MongoDB and RabbitMQ. Develop next-generation web applications and products. Ability to complete a programming assignment with minimal supervision, while following best practices and design patterns as set by Technical Lead. Work closely with tech leads and contribute to overall architecture and design. As part of Agile team, participate in all phases of the software engineering life cycle. Provide input and support to ensure maximum stability and minimum downtime.
Provide technical troubleshooting and debug support. Develop and implement new products and provide information and support when required. Ensure that necessary technical documentation is maintained in an appropriate manner. Contribute to coaching of more junior members of the team. Participate in On-Call rotation for our 24x7 Environment.
Min. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, related field or foreign equivalent; and 5 years of experience with product development and architecture of consumer software and applications.
5 years of experience developing the following skills: Working with the latest technologies such as Asp.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular.js, ElasticSearch, MongoDB and RabbitMQ. High volume distributed systems.
