From designing websites to producing traditional collateral and animating social posts, our Art Directors’ responsibilities stretch across every arena advertising plays in. Which means that you’ll get an incomparable introduction to the field and the best possible career kick off. Program Structure

  • Experiential learning environment
  • Growth objectives are coordinated with projects and supervisory feedback to enhance your understanding of business responsibilities

  • Increased understanding of the importance of coordination between functional areas to deliver the best business results

Requirements for Consideration

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university or an advertising portfolio program
  • Must be in your Junior or Senior year, ideally majoring in Advertising (with an emphasis in Design) or Art (with an emphasis in Contemporary Art)
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (Mac platform)
  • Demonstrated design and animation skills – with video skills as a bonus
  • 2-3 years of course work or experience
  • Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
  • Positive, proactive & energetic attitude; strong work ethic & highly dependable
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedback to help iterate the business
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong self-discipline and time-management skills
  • Ability to take direction and work within strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated
