Steven Jon Graham, Senior Vice President, Creative Services leads TMP’s global team of creative and brand development professionals. Steven, a hands-on creative, works directly with the agency’s top clients to develop strategy and overall creative concepts and executions. He and his team have won more creative excellence awards than any other firm in the category. A founding member of the International Academy of Visual Arts, his expertise makes him a sought after judge of some of the most influential creative, broadcast, print and digital competitions.
Appointed to his current role in 2007, Steven had been TMP’s Vice President, National Creative Director, having been promoted from Regional Creative Director. He joined the firm in 1993 as a Creative Director. Prior to TMP, he was employed by Rogers & Associates Advertising as a Creative Director. He started his career as a copy writer for J. Walter Thompson Specialized Communications.
Throughout his TMP career, Steven has worked on premier brands ranging from IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nike, Cisco Systems, Dell Computers and Walt Disney Company, assisting these organizations in their transformations from traditional print-based recruitment advertising to employment brand-driven social, mobile, digital and software-enabled solutions. Steven acknowledges a lot of his success is due to his team. He is good at what he does because he has the honor of working with some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.
