TMP says "Be the Conversation"

TMP's Louis Vong discussed how to get organizations to increase their digital footprint at the 2009 Strategic E-HR Conference hosted by The Conference Board. Vong shared ideas on how organizations could connect with people – not just job seekers – through emerging social spaces. His presentation included topics on the importance of using social networking, virtual worlds, emerging mobile technology and other new applications in Employer Branding and Recruitment strategies. He encouraged attendees to not simply join the conversations occurring in social spaces, but be the conversation.
