Top Honors Captured at ER Excellence Awards
The judges have decided and the results are in. The "Most Innovative Employee Referral Program," "Best College Recruiting Program," and "Best Employer Brand" categories at the first-ever ER Excellence Awards (ERE) were won by TMP and clients. An honorable mention for "Best Corporate Career Site" was also received.
Enterprise-Rent-A-Car and TMP are proud winners of "Best College Recruiting Program," "Best Employer Brand" and an honorable mention for "Best Corporate Career Site." This is a perfect example of what happens when a forward-thinking company and agency work closely together to always raise the bar on creative excellence.
In addition, TMP Worldwide won "Most Innovative Employee Referral Program" for work done on behalf of its sister company Monster. Monster's referral program offered innovative incentives, including a chance to win a $10,000 Grand Prize, an easy-to-use, customized website for employees to refer potential candidates and a quick way for referred candidates to apply online for current openings.
The ER Excellence Awards, hosted by the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE), celebrate excellence in the field of corporate recruitment practices throughout the world. Recognition is given to a select group of leading corporations and individuals for their recruiting accomplishments over the past year.
