TMP Worldwide Announces the Hire of Kathleen Shaw and Gail Natoli
New York - February 6th, 2009 - TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the largest independent recruitment advertising agency, today announced that Kathleen Shaw and Gail Natoli have joined the company as Vice Presidents within the New York branch office led by Sherry Jacobson.

Ms. Shaw brings more than 25 years of healthcare and tactical recruitment experience to her role as Vice President, Client Service at TMP Worldwide. Previously, she spearheaded award-winning, cost-effective recruitment and retention initiatives that resulted in vacancy and turnover rates well below national benchmarks for one of New York City's largest healthcare employers. In addition, as a registered nurse, Ms. Shaw worked in a wide range of clinical settings and executive leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
As Vice President, Client Strategy, Gail Natoli brings experience providing strategic people solutions for entrepreneurs and corporate leaders worldwide. Ms. Natoli carries a track record of success in human resources at Citigroup, where she oversaw investment bank human resources and was head of Diversity. The spectrum of resources she implemented encompassed employee relations, campus recruitment, training and development, retention strategies, organization design and career mobility.
