TMP Launches Interim Career Website for Duff & Phelps

TMP recently launched a temporary career site for Duff & Phelps, one of the world's leading independent financial advisory firms. As we began in-depth employment branding research, which can take up to six months to complete, we also implemented an immediate online solution to fill Duff & Phelps' current recruitment gaps.
The existing career site was not as robust as needed, containing only three pages: one page of information, a professional application page, and a student application page. Thus, Duff & Phelps was not able to explain to interested candidates the full experience and future benefits of a career, nor provide helpful Web career resources.
Knowing that in a few months a new look and feel would be implemented for the full suite of Duff & Phelps recruitment materials, including the website, TMP created an interim site based on the company's current employment brand.
The interim site offers a comprehensive solution, from basic information about the company to benefits, career events, Web resources and more. TMP developed content and designated a unique URL: www.duffandphelps.jobs. It's now available as a robust resource for potential candidates. And, once the newer website design has been finalized, TMP plans to migrate all of the content into the new branding.
