First Annual ER Excellence Awards This Month
The Electronic Recruiting Exchange, a leading Internet-based source of networking and information for recruiters and HR managers, will host its first annual ER Excellence Awards Ceremony and Dinner Recognizing outstanding achievement in the field of recruiting and staffing in 2004.
Among the ER Excellence Awards finalists that were recently announced is Enterprise Rent-A-Car, for its highly original and effective recruitment advertising and communications initiatives that were created and produced by TMP. Enterprise was nominated for three different awards: Best Corporate Website, Best Employer Brand, and Best College Recruiting Program.
Additionally, Monster, a sister division of TMP, was selected as a finalist for the Most Innovative Employee Referral Program, which was also created and produced by TMP.
The ER Excellence Awards will be held in conjunction with The ER Expo 2005 Spring Conference, March 29-31, where a broad range of hiring and workforce management issues will be explored.
