Email Center provides everything you need to set up and maintain a complete relationship marketing program in one simple-to-use package. With minimal training and no programming experience, you'll be able to set up and launch HTML-formatted emails directly to your target audience.

Features

• Template Customization - Email Center allows an unlimited number of templates to be added and used in any way you need, with each template completely branded to your organization. TMP uploads the template, and you can then customize each one by adding relevant or updated content.
• List Management - You'll be able to upload distribution lists from various sources, including your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, job fairs/hiring events, personal sourcing lists, and more. Once your lists are in place, you can send different messages to different list segments, or send general messages applicable to everyone.
• Email Launches - Choose your template, select your distribution list, insert a subject line, and you're ready to launch the email. Email Center allows you to send the email right away, schedule it for a later date, or even opt to have the communication go out automatically on a schedule you choose. TMP's email experts can also guide you to ensure that all your emails are CAN-SPAM compliant.
• Measurement - Email Center reports on the delivery rate, open rate and click rate of all the emails you send. In addition, TMP's Campaign Management service can be added (for an additional fee) to measure completed applications and/or hires that result from specific email pushes.
