TMP Worldwide Speaks about Emerging Technologies in HR

On February 6th, TMP's own Louis Vong, VP of Interactive Strategy, discussed how technology is impacting E-Recruiting at The Conference Board's Strategic E-HR Conference in San Diego.

His keynote presentation titled, "Developing a Winning E-HR Strategy with Emerging Technology," discussed recruitment successes with Virtual Worlds, Mobile Marketing, Social Networks, and more. Louis shared how an effective emerging technology strategy can be used to attract the right passive candidates, and how these new trends will undoubtedly change how companies recruit moving forward. The two day event provided for a great venue for sharing best practices that impact the IT and HR functions. Louis Vong noted, "Technology and the emergence of social network platforms have transformed the recruitment landscape."
