2004 - A Year of Awards and Accolades
It was a great year for creative excellence at TMP Worldwide. The company received numerous honors throughout 2004, recognizing exceptional work performed for a wide array of clients. It began with a first-place win at the Washington Addy Awards and continued with 48 Creative Excellence Awards from the Employment Management Association (EMA), including the Grand Prize.
The EMA awards distinguished TMP with more than 20 first-place, 12 second-place and 11 third-place honors. The first-place awards included excellence in development of a College Internet Banner, a Corporate Website, an online Job Board and an Internet Event/Microsite. Other creative competitions recognizing advertising and marketing professionals continued throughout the year, and TMP's work continued to win high marks. The Web Marketing Association Awards presented the TMP team with several Outstanding and Standard of Excellence designations, and further recognition followed from the Portfolios.com Awards Show and the Telly Awards.
Michelle Abbey, president, TMP Worldwide Advertising and Communications, Americas acknowledged that TMP's "broad range of media solutions and depth of creative talent," enables the company's creative teams to "continue to produce unique, award-winning communications."
